Two more going home, Mustang & MG

Following from Wednesday's post I had 2 more cars go out today. The work on the Mustang was quite straightforward - the restored console went in ok and looks like it's always been there, the reproduction Rally Pac looked the part and raised the driver experience and I changed the oil & filter, fitted new spark plugs and replaced any suspect fuel hoses & clamps. The MG ZA was a bit more involved, the engine and gearbox came out as a unit to enable the clutch to be replaced - it was a lot better but when the owner came to pick it up the master cylinder failed. Thankfully it was the clutch side that showed up the fault first as the brake master in the tandem unit was on the way out too. A quick hone and some fresh seals sorted it all out. By the way, the 6th car that went out was the 1500 Midget that was in a couple of weeks ago, after all that brake work one of the fronts locked on again so now I've replaced the brake hoses - should have done it when I fitted the calipers really but they were braided and I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
