Derby Bentley in the workshop

Another car I look after was also dropped off yesterday, this Derby Bentley has a rather annoying speedometer with a flicking needle. It's also recording incorrectly because it has an overdrive installed but the adapter for the drive cable is geared incorrectly. I've had a quick look at both of these faults in the past - I think the needle fault is due to the cable follows such a convoluted path that the cable winds up inside the housing so I'll see if I can find a more direct route. Once it's possible to read the actual speed I should be able to work out the gearing required for accurate recording.
