With the Figaro gone home I was able to get this Chevy II in for some jobs. I've known this car for many years, it realy is a delight, in excellent original condition and single family ownership both sides of the Atlantic. The owner took it for a virtual MoT test and a couple of jobs were spotted so I am going to replace the rusted bumper brackets, fix a hole in the chassis rail that's behind where the bumper left side attaches, replace the front brake hoses, steering idler bushing (worn) and fuel filler hose (perished) and change the oil & filter (already done). It's also got an issue where it bottoms out when there are 4 up so I'm looking into an air or overload shock solution, the latter being the easier to fit as it doesn't need any plumbing.
